1. In-Stock Items (Australian Warehouse)

After dispatch, standard in-stock items are typically delivered to most areas across Australia within 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–12 business days from payment confirmation.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
These items are custom-produced and shipped via international logistics networks:
Order Processing / Production: 5–16 business days. This period covers custom product manufacturing, preparation and packaging.

Sea Freight Transit: 17–21 business days. This period includes export customs clearance and ocean transit to Australian ports.

Australian Customs Clearance / Local Warehouse: 6–8 business days. This period includes customs clearance and transfer to our local warehouse.

Domestic Delivery: 2–10 business days. This period includes delivery within Australia and may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier availability, and local access conditions.

Overall estimate: approximately 6–11 weeks from order confirmation, depending on production schedules, customs processing, port conditions, carrier availability, and the final destination.

All delivery timeframes stated in business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the items, and your delivery destination.

Delivery Scope: Standard service includes front-door or roadside delivery (ground floor only for apartments) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided for every order, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Premium Services: Optional White Glove Delivery (including indoor placement and assembly) and Warehouse Pickup are available upon request for additional fees.
