This Payment Policy explains how pricing, promotions, payment methods, shipping charges and refunds are handled when you purchase from us.

Section 1 - Pricing

For orders delivered within Australia, KAGUYASU PTY LTD is responsible for applicable customs duties, import GST, import processing charges and standard customs-clearance charges associated with importing Premium Custom Products into Australia.

Customers will not be required to pay separate customs duties, import taxes or customs-clearance charges after checkout.

1.1 Currency and GST: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included. Specific shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.

1.2 Price Changes: Prices may change from time to time due to supply conditions, freight costs or market conditions. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

1.3 Pricing Errors: In rare cases, a pricing error may occur due to technical issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors and will notify you promptly.

2.1 Calculation of Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the goods and the delivery address. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is finalised.For specific shipping rates, please refer to the Australia shipping rates.

2.2 Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors beyond our control.

Section 3 - Payment Methods

3.1 Online Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and UnionPay.

3.2 Payment Authorisation: You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed or is declined, please verify your payment details and try again. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Section 4 - Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

4.2 Major Failure: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

4.3 Minor Failure: You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet consumer guarantees and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4.4 Transit Damage: If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you have any concerns regarding a payment or transaction, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly. We cooperate with payment providers in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
