After placing your order with Kaguya, you will:

• Receive an order confirmation email with detailed payment instructions
• Get updates about your order status and estimated delivery time
• Receive tracking information once your order ships (where applicable)

Transportation Lead Time

After Kaguya receives your order:

1. Australian Standard Stock Items (In-Stock):

Items ship directly from our Australian warehouse.

Order Processing: Completed within 48 hours.

Each item undergoes rigorous quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeframe: 2–10 business days. Final delivery time depends on your specific location in Australia.

2. Premium Custom Products

Items requiring bespoke manufacturing and international shipping.

To deliver the quality and care required for premium furniture, our premium collection follows a dedicated fulfilment process:

Order Processing / Production: 5–16 business days. This period covers custom product manufacturing, preparation and packaging.

Sea Freight Transit: 17–21 business days. This period includes export customs clearance and ocean transit to Australian ports.

Australian Customs Clearance / Local Warehouse: 6–8 business days. This period includes customs clearance and transfer to our local warehouse or logistics facility.

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

For Premium Custom Products manufactured overseas and delivered within Australia, KAGUYASU PTY LTD acts as the importer and is responsible for applicable customs duties, import GST, import processing charges and standard customs-clearance charges incurred before domestic delivery.

Customers will not be required to pay separate customs duties, import GST, import taxes or standard customs-clearance charges after checkout for these products.

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The total amount payable by the customer consists of the product price and the delivery charge displayed at checkout, except for optional delivery services, redelivery charges or special delivery arrangements that have been separately quoted and accepted by the customer.

Domestic Delivery: 2–10 business days. This period includes delivery within Australia and may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier availability and local access conditions.

Overall estimate: approximately 6–11 weeks from order confirmation, depending on production schedules, shipping schedules, customs processing, port conditions, carrier availability and the final destination.

All delivery timeframes stated in business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery Details

• Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery, at the entrance or first floor of the apartment building (Note: We do not provide tailgate lifts/forklifts when unloading oversized items requires their use). We do not provide indoor moving or stair-carrying services by default. This service does not include indoor placement or assembly unless otherwise arranged.
• We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery for any shipping damage.

• Delivery location and accessibility
• Product size and weight
