Transportation Lead Time

After Kaguya receives your order:

Items requiring bespoke manufacturing and international shipping.

To deliver the quality, our premium collection follows a dedicated fulfillment process：

Order Processing: 5-20 business days.
Ocean Shipping: 15-25 business days. After dispatch, orders typically take 15-25 business days to reach Australian ports.This stage includes export customs clearance and ocean transit.
Australian Customs Clearance：4-7 business days.
Australian customs inspection and transfer to local warehouses requires 4-7 business days.
Domestic Delivery in Australia: 2-10 business days.

Delivery Details

Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery、At the entrance or first floor of the apartment building (Note: We do not provide tailgate lifts/forklifts when unloading oversized items requires their use).
